Yono Arcade customer care

Most of what people write in about is a deposit that has not landed or a withdrawal that has not moved. Both are covered here before the contact details, because in a good number of cases the answer means you do not need to write in at all.

The money side

Deposits and withdrawals

The two things support hears about most, answered first.

Putting money in

  • UPIThe fastest route and what most players use. Credited in seconds.
  • Net bankingEvery major Indian bank.
  • E-walletsThe usual wallets are accepted.
  • Every depositAdds 5% of the amount on top, not only the first one.

Taking money out

  • KYC onceA basic ID check unlocks withdrawals for good.
  • ₹100 minimumLow enough to test that payouts work early.
  • To your bankUPI or bank transfer, your choice.
  • Around 20 minutesTypical, though a first payout runs longer while KYC clears.

Test the payout early

The single most useful habit with any app in this category is to withdraw a small amount early, before you have a large balance riding on it. The minimum is ₹100, which makes that cheap to do. You learn whether KYC clears, whether the bank details went in correctly and how long the round trip actually takes, at a point where none of it matters much.

Which channel

Which route for which problem

In app live chat is the fastest route and it carries your account details with it, which saves the first two rounds of questions. Use it for anything time sensitive: a deposit that has not credited, a stuck round, a withdrawal that has sat too long.

Email suits anything needing a document attached, like KYC paperwork or a formal complaint, and it leaves a written trail. It is slower and that is the trade.

Have three things ready before you write, whichever route you take: the number on the account, roughly when the problem happened, and a screenshot if you took one. A first message containing those three usually gets a real answer. A first message saying that a withdrawal is stuck gets a reply asking for those three, and you have lost a round trip.

What a good first message looks like

Account number, what you expected, what happened instead, the time it happened, and the transaction reference if there is one. Five lines. Screenshots of the transaction screen and of your bank statement entry, if the problem is money shaped, remove almost every follow up question.

When it stalls

If a withdrawal does not move

In process means it has left the operator and is with the payment rail, which normally clears in minutes. This is the status people worry about most and it is usually the least worrying one.

Resist starting a second withdrawal. Two open requests take longer to untangle than one slow one, and support will have to close one before either moves.

Send support the transaction reference and the time. If the money left your side and has not arrived, the reference is the only thing that lets anyone trace it, and it is the first thing you will be asked for.

A first withdrawal is slower than the ones after it, because KYC is being reviewed alongside the payout. That is normal and it is not a sign of a problem. Bank holidays and weekends can also add time on the receiving end, which is outside the operator's hands entirely.

Wagering and the bonus

If a withdrawal is refused rather than delayed, the usual reason is that bonus funds have not finished their wagering requirement. The 5%% the operator adds is not the same as the money you put in, and it cannot be cashed out until it has been played through. Read the offer terms in the app before you deposit rather than after, because that requirement is where most disappointment with a bonus comes from.

Fraud

Calls that are never from support

Gaming accounts attract a particular kind of phone call, and the script is always similar: a pending withdrawal, a verification problem, a helpful person who needs one small thing. That small thing is always your OTP, your password, or a payment to release funds.

No employee of any legitimate operator asks for a one time code, asks you to pay to release a withdrawal, or asks you to install a screen sharing app. Real support conversations start from you, inside the app. Somebody contacting you first about a problem you never reported is the tell on its own.

The convincing version of this call quotes real details back at you: your name, your last deposit, sometimes your balance. None of that makes it genuine. Hang up, open the app, and use live chat. If there is a real problem it will be there.

Questions

Support questions

How do I contact Yono Arcade support?

In app live chat is the fastest route and carries your account details with it. Email suits anything needing a document attached, such as KYC paperwork or a formal complaint.

How long do withdrawals take?

Around twenty minutes is typical once KYC has cleared. A first withdrawal runs longer because the verification is being reviewed alongside the payout.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

₹100, which is low enough that it is worth testing a payout early rather than waiting until you have a large balance.

Why has my withdrawal been refused?

The most common reason is bonus funds that have not finished their wagering requirement. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn until it has been played through, and the terms in the app set out how much play that means.

Do I have to complete KYC?

Yes, once. It is a basic identity check and it unlocks withdrawals permanently. Doing it before you need it removes a delay from the day you want your money.

Support called me and asked for an OTP. Is that normal?

No. That call is fraud. Nobody at a legitimate operator ever asks for a one time code, for a payment to release a withdrawal, or for you to install a screen sharing app.
