One arcade, every table
Yono Arcade is a mobile gaming app built for India. Behind the name is a lobby of 215 titles on a single account: the card rooms people already know, the crash games that took over the last few years, colour prediction, dice, fishing shooters and a long shelf of slots.
Everything runs off one balance. You don't download a separate app per game or open a second account for the live tables, and you never move money between wallets when you switch from Andar Bahar to a crash game. You log in once and the whole floor is open.

What it asks for, and what it leaves alone
The app asks for nine permissions. They cover the internet connection, notifications, vibration, keeping the screen awake during a round, push messages, the advertising ID and the install referrer, plus Google services settings. It never asks to read your messages, contacts, files or location, and it can't use your camera or microphone.

Settle these before you deposit
Check that the service is offered where you live. The operator doesn't serve every Indian state, and its terms page lists the ones it leaves out. It takes two minutes. It's also the only item on this site that could stop you entirely, so it goes first.
Decide your number away from the app. Pick the amount you're prepared to lose while nothing is happening, then set it as a deposit limit in the settings before your first deposit rather than after your third. Is Yono Arcade the same thing as YONO from SBI?

Why is it not on the Google Play Store?
Google restricts real money gaming apps in most countries, India included. That is the store's own policy, and it applies to the whole category, so the app installs as an APK file instead.
How big is the app and which phones does it run on?
The current Android build is version 1.2.0 and the download is 35.7 MB. It needs Android 5.0 or newer. That version came out in 2014, so most phones still in use clear the bar.
What permissions does the app ask for?
Nine, all of them routine: internet and network state, notifications, vibration, keeping the screen awake, the advertising ID, push messages, the install referrer and Google services settings. It does not ask for your SMS, contacts, storage, location, camera or microphone.
Play for fun, not for income
Yono Arcade runs on real money, and every game in it is built to pay back less than it takes in over time. That holds for the card rooms as much as for the slots. Treat what you deposit as the cost of an evening out, money that is already spent.
